Third Party Debt Order
(Garnishee Order)

If a third party owes a judgment debtor money, then this enforcement will result in a court freezing the funds and then ordering the third party to pay the judgment debtor direct. This can be used in various ways, e.g. against a current account, a savings account, an employer, a business owned by the judgment debtor.
