Bailiff/High Court Enforcement Officer

Court Bailiffs (or High Court Enforcement Officers for judgment debts above £600) can be instructed to levy (seize) any available assets belonging to the judgment debtors, for example a motor vehicle, for sale at auction. The proceeds of sale then go towards the Bailiffs/HCEO costs and the discharge of the judgment debt
